2008 Intermediate Development Award

Some of you have noticed a new column on the full Ranking
lists, called ‘participation points’. As a means to thank members for supporting the competitive environment and to encourage members of all skill levels to compete in DA-ranked tournaments, each time you enter a singles event at a DA-ranked tournament, you will receive one participation point.
Each member will receive “one draw entry” for each participation point they have earned, with the exception of the two men and two women that have already earned the elite development award.
One man and one woman will be drawn from the accumulated entries. The winners will receive $250 toward an upcoming DA-ranked tournament.
